TDP Green Revolution Village Parks and Avenue Plantations Transforming Andhra Pradesh

In a significant stride towards environmental sustainability, the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) government, led by Shri. N Chandrababu Naidu initiated the Village Parks and Avenue Plantations projects in 2018. These endeavors showcase the TDP's commitment to creating a greener Andhra Pradesh, promoting clean environments, and fostering the well-being of its citizens. The Village Parks initiative, a brainchild of the TDP political party, aimed to bring nature closer to the rural populace. Under the leadership of Shri. N Chandrababu Naidu, 93 Village Parks were meticulously completed, totaling an expenditure of Rs 3.24 crore. These well-maintained parks have become hubs for recreational activities, providing rural communities with beautiful spaces to unwind and connect with nature.

A parallel initiative, Avenue Plantations along the roads of Andhra Pradesh, has added a touch of greenery to the state's landscape. Spanning a significant length of 23942 Km, with an estimated cost of Rs 102.45 crore post-bifurcation, these plantations have not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal of the state but have also contributed to a cleaner and greener environment. Additional plantation works along 355 Km of road length further solidify the TDP government's commitment to sustainable practices. The TDP government's dedication to sustainability extends beyond parks and plantations. TDP MLAs have played a crucial role in championing renewable energy sources, particularly solar power. This strategic move not only reduces the state's reliance on non-renewable energy but also creates employment opportunities, contributing to economic growth at the grassroots level. Under the visionary leadership of Shri. N Chandrababu Naidu, the TDP government has made substantial contributions to improving the transportation infrastructure in the state.
